How to measure the size of a double glass? Maybe the manufacturer has professional measuring tools, and how do we measure the size of a cup in our daily life?

1. Use a thickness caliper to measure 10mm below the opening.

2. The outer diameter of the bottom of the glass layer shall be measured with a vernier caliper, and the measuring position shall be subject to the average diameter of the plane of the bottom of the glass.

3. The external diameter of the cup mouth shall be measured with a vernier caliper, and the measured part shall be subject to the average diameter of the cup mouth plane.

4. The height of the layer glass shall be measured with a vernier caliper, and the measuring position shall be subject to the vertical distance from the cup mouth to the cup bottom.

5. Measure the bottom thickness with a vernier P ruler, and extend the depth ruler of the vernier caliper vertically into the inner side of the cup to the bottom center. Take down the reading, and then measure the height of the cup with a vernier caliper. Take down the reading. The difference between the two readings minus the height of the bottom recess is the thickness of the cup bottom.

6. When the height of double-layer glass is low and deviated, it shall be measured with 900 square. Place the sample cup to be measured on a horizontal plane, perpendicular one side of the angle ruler to the plane and on the same plane as the central axis of the sample cup, rotate the sample cup, and measure the difference between the larger value and the smaller value from the cup mouth to the other side of the angle with a straight ruler, that is, the height of the cup is low and skew.

7. Measurement: measure several milliliters of room temperature water larger than the capacity of the sample cup to be measured with the measuring cylinder, record the reading, then pour the water into the sample cup, and record the reading of the remaining water in the measuring cylinder. The difference between the two readings is the capacity of the cup, which is related to the specification and size, so we should also master it well.
