Matters needing attention

3. The lead content of the enamel cup must meet the national standard for daily enamel before it can be used with confidence.

4, enamel cup can not be put together with acidic substances for a long time, otherwise easy to rust.

Production process

1. Billet: take a piece of iron sheet, punch it into barrel shape by machine, trim and solder, and make billet body;

2. Glaze slurry: buy some enamel glaze (including bottom glaze and surface glaze), add water and clay according to the formula, modulate and grind, and prepare glaze slurry;

3. Glazing: evenly coat the bottom glaze inside and outside the iron cup, and then dry it;

4, bottom glaze: get a furnace, can burn to more than 800, burn in the furnace for two or three minutes out

5. Surface glaze: the cup with the bottom glaze is coated with the glaze and put into the stove for two minutes
